Hiring our Church & Hall - St. Mark's | The Church at the Heart of Wimbledon
During the week it accommodates the Comptons children nursery in the morning and various groups and clubs in the afternoon. However, when singleton church hall hire needed by them it may still be bookable, singleton church hall hire, especially during half term and summer holiday. The deposit will be destroyed once the keys to the hall have been returned to St Mark's Parish Office and checks singleton church hall hire been carried out to ensure that no damage has been done to the hall. Full payment is required on signature. We regret that the hire fee is not refundable should you cancel the booking 30 days or less before the date of the hire. The keys must be returned to the Parish Office immediately after the Hire. Out of office hours, the keys should be posted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with your name and the date of your booking through the letterbox on the side entrance on the right hand side of the church.
The tables and chairs must be folded and put away in their storage cabinet at the end of the function. The hall has a small kitchen and hirers are welcome to use its cooker and fridge to prepare and store food if needed.
However crockery and cutlery are not available. Rubbish collection and cleaning Hirers are responsible for leaving the hall in a clean, tidy condition, taking singleton church hall hire rubbish home immediately after the event has ended as there are no bin facilities on site.
A broom is stored in the cupboard situated to the left hand side rear of the hall. Please bring your own cleaning products, bin bags and tea towels. All helium balloons must be removed after the event and we therefore recommend a long string be attached in case they rise to the ceiling. If using balloons please ensure they are on a long string so they can be easily removed from the ceiling, singleton church hall hire.
Small tea candles can be used. Please be aware that any trace of wax must be removed from tables and floor. Any wax remaining will result in a cleaning charge being deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation We regret that the hire fee is not refundable should you cancel the booking 30 days or less before the date of the hire. A disabled toilet can be found by the entrance to the Hall.
